Willkommen auf unserem privaten Netzwerk!
Diese Instanz ist ein privater, nicht-kommerzieller Dienst, der für Familie und Freunde betrieben wird. Mit der Registrierung stimmst du den folgenden einfachen Regeln zu:
1. Umgangston & Inhalte: Wir legen Wert auf ein freundliches und respektvolles Miteinander. Das Teilen von rechtswidrigen, gewaltverherrlichenden, rassistischen, diskriminierenden oder urheberrechtlich geschützten Inhalten (an denen du keine Rechte hast) ist strengstens untersagt.
2. Privatsphäre & Datenschutz: Dies ist ein privater Server. Deine Daten werden nicht für Werbung genutzt oder an Dritte verkauft. Bedenke jedoch, dass bei der Interaktion mit anderen Servern im "Fediverse" Daten an diese Server übertragen werden.
3. Verfügbarkeit & Datensicherheit: Ich betreibe diesen Server in meiner Freizeit. Ich bemühe mich um regelmäßige Backups und ständige Erreichbarkeit, kann dies jedoch nicht garantieren. Wichtige Fotos oder Texte solltest du immer auch lokal bei dir speichern.
4. Administration: Als Administrator behalte ich mir das Recht vor, Inhalte zu löschen, die gegen diese Regeln verstoßen, oder Accounts bei Missbrauch zu sperren.

Welcome to our private network!
This instance is a private, non-commercial service operated for family and friends. By registering, you agree to the following simple rules:
1. Conduct & Content: We value a friendly and respectful environment. Sharing illegal, violent, racist, discriminatory, or copyrighted material (that you do not own the rights to) is strictly prohibited.
2. Privacy & Data Protection: This is a private server. Your data will never be used for advertising or sold to third parties. However, please keep in mind that when interacting with other servers in the "Fediverse", some data is naturally transmitted to those servers.
3. Uptime & Data Security: I run this server in my free time. While I strive for regular backups and high availability, I cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Please make sure to keep local copies of your most important photos or texts.
4. Administration: As the administrator, I reserve the right to delete content that violates these rules or to suspend accounts in case of abuse.

- Bitte keine extrem großen Video-Uploads (Rücksicht auf den Speicherplatz). / Please avoid massive video uploads to save storage.
Privacy Statement
At the time of registration, and for providing communications between the user account and their contacts, the user has to provide a display name (pen name), an username (nickname) and a working email address. The names will be accessible on the profile page of the account by any visitor of the page, even if other profile details are not displayed. The email address will only be used to send the user notifications about interactions, but wont be visibly displayed. The listing of an account in the node's user directory or the global user directory is optional and can be controlled in the user settings, it is not necessary for communication.
This information is required for communication and is passed on to the nodes of the communication partners and stored there. Users can enter additional personal information that may be transmitted to the communication partner's accounts.
At any point in time a logged in user can export their account data from the account settings. If the user wants to delete their account they can do so at https://social.fam-marx-cloud.de/settings/removeme. The deletion of the account will be permanent. Deletion of the data will also be requested from the nodes of the communication partners.
